Mapa Sonoro is an acoustic research project that aims to identify the impact of noise pollution in a wild natural environment surrounded by large cities such as the Collserola Natural Park. The project was funded by Sound Earth Legacy, an organisation dedicated to preserving natural soundscapes and raising awareness of the impact of noise pollution and its importance in the natural world. As a result of this project, 12 recordings in binaural format were produced, allowing the listener to immerse themselves in the natural soundscape of the Collserola Natural Park and explore its bioacoustic richness. Also, with all the recordings made, I composed an electronic music song mixing natural sounds with rhythmic samples and synthesizers.
